Jaison Simon Pannakkal has a rich experience of sourcing and marketing Plain Gold Jewellery for more than 28 years through retail and wholesale business. During his young age he was at Middle East to manage marketing and selling. Being a result oriented he got an In-depth knowledge on clientele wishes and likes, his growth on Gold Jewellery industry is a phenomenon. Being a Director / Managing Director at Priority Gold Pvt. Ltd. for a period of 10 years, he ensured the massive growth under his leadership. A good communicator and astute leader, He along with his wife have promoted and started JS Jewels Pvt. Ltd., being manufacturing and exporting in Plain Gold Jewellery and also focused on B2B in Indian jewellery market.
Jaison is drafting business module, a goal setter and firm to achieve results.

Siji jaison

Siji Jaison started her career as teacher and quit her job for helping her husband in business. She has gained expertise knowledge in fashion, jewellery and taste of clients who are at Middle East.

She has promoted a company for packaging boxes and holding directorship for a brief period till she fully involved in design and introducing innovate skills in gold jewellery sector. In spite of her family commitments and house hold work pressure to groom their children as professionals, she managed to spent time for Design and packaging of jewellery. She was actively involved in decision making, Finance and operations of Priority Gold Pvt. Ltd for a span of 10 years.

Yoosuf Muyyarikandy

Started his career as Area Manager – Marketing at Gulf countries, gained expertise knowledge on Gold Jewellery designs and customers’ expectations. Due to his dedication of work and result orient approach, Mr. Jaison Simon Pannakkal involved him as key manager during since 2010-11.

Associated with Damas, Geethanjali and Priority Gold, he is a planner and executor, Team builder and introduction of innovative skills. He is heading production, planning, execution of making unique designs or customized designs and delivering it on time. With minimum inventory level, managing huge production network at Kolkata for manufacturing 21 Kt / 22 Kt Plain Gold Jewellery, ensuring efficiency and standards as per BIS / Hallmark.

Kannan Sivasubramanian

Having 30 years of experience in Accounts, Finance and Commercial activities on various industries including FMCG, Retail and manufacturing sectors, is a key instrumental to execute business modules. He is associated with Mr. Jaison for more than 6 years is taking care of Statutory Compliance, Audit, Banking and MIS and ensure that the company is achieving budgeted results.

Implementing Standard Operating Process (SOP) on all commercial and accounting operations, planning, and executing of banking and financial transactions and ensuring effective utilization of Working Capital.
